PORT SHEPSTONE, KZN. Mrs Kotie Visser, distribution-contractor for Beeld newspaper, died on January 26 2011 - six weeks after she was gunned down in her delivery truck on 14 December 2010 on the N2 highway near Ilfracombe, Port Shepstone.
Mrs Visser ‘s lung and spine were damaged by bullets fired by the attackers - and she was left permanently paralysed and on a life-support system. She had been enroute to the Durban Pavilion shopping centre to fetch newspapers in her truck. Only her handbag was robbed.
